We have a rigorous screening process to ensure that all of our tutors are qualified. We review transcripts to verify the tutor’s grades and sometimes ask for recommendations. Once accepted, we closely monitor the tutor’s performance and session reviews. In addition to evaluating qualifications and gathering recommendations, Tutoruu conducts interviews with potential tutors to further assess their suitability for the position. The interview process allows Tutoruu to gain a deeper understanding of the candidate’s teaching style, communication skills, and overall fit within the organization.

How do I know if the tutor is right for me?

To know if the tutor you selected is right for you, you can chat with the tutor by pressing on the chat button on their tutor profile. You can also book a free trial session where you will be able to take an hour-long free session to make sure they can help you.

What if I am not satisfied with my tutoring session?

We offer a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the quality of our services. Please send a support email with the details and the reason for your dissatisfaction with the session to support@tutoruu.com.

I can’t find a tutor for the course I want. What can I do?

You can either look at tutors from another university or request a tutor for this course. We are onboarding new tutors all the time and if you request a tutor you will be notified once a tutor is accepted. If it’s urgent, you can always call us.

How long is the tutoring session?

One session is an hour long, but you can book as many sessions as you would like on the same day. You can also book bundle sessions with discounts of up to 15%.
